Selena excelled scholastically in her higher education studies, earning the Wildman Schumacher Scholarship at California State University, Northridge.
She also was awarded Witkin Award for Academic Excellence for being the highest achiever in her Legal Analysis, Writing and Skills studies.
In the summer 2020, Selena applied her knowledge to the real world when she interned as a law clerk at the Los Angeles District Attorney’s office in the hardcore gang unit. After successfully getting a look at what the District Attorney’s office offered, she was hired as a law clerk at a litigation law firm which focused on areas such as business law, real estate law, and intellectual property.
She was admitted to the California State Bar in November 2022 and joined the powerful Lawyers for Justice, PC team to help California workers fight for their rights in the workplace and get what they deserve.
