LFJ's Give Back Grant - Lawyers for Justice, PC

IMPACT: Investing in Marginalized Professionals Advocating for Civic Togetherness

The Lawyers for Justice, PC I.M.P.A.C.T. Grant is an overarching initiative to expand access and give back to diverse citizens who are positively shaping their communities. The Lawyers for Justice, PC I.M.P.A.C.T. Grant will host ongoing award periods under the I.M.P.A.C.T. umbrella that will have their own theme, or set of criteria, to which community members must adhere, to be awarded any monetary gifts. Small businesses, nonprofit organizations, students, community members, and community groups are encouraged to apply for the Lawyers for Justice, PC I.M.P.A.C.T. Grant’s award period that aligns best with their needs.

The objective? To support community initiatives, grassroots organizations, and small businesses that promote racial equality, social justice, anti-discrimination, and greater access to education and career development for underrepresented people.

2020 Grantees:

We believe there is power in people. Lawyers for Justice, PC is committed to take action to achieve a more just and inclusive society and to remove the barriers to equality, liberty, and prosperity.

As a response to a divisive cultural climate, Lawyers for Justice, PC pledged to give more power to the people by establishing the Lawyers for Justice I.M.P.A.C.T. Fund. The grant financially supports community initiatives, grassroots organizations, and small businesses that promote racial equality, social justice, anti-discrimination, and greater access to education and career development for underrepresented people. In 2020, LFJ was thrilled to award five small businesses and organizations with the means to further their individual missions.
